Intellectual property and source code
Unless an explicit written assignment states otherwise, FazaSolutions retains the intellectual-property
rights in the original elements of its products: source and object code, protected cores and libraries,
interfaces, documentation, visual elements, trademarks, names and logos.
Providing source files, repository access, a downloadable package or a paid product does not transfer
those rights. Third-party and open-source components remain governed by their respective licences.
Purchase ≠ transfer of ownership
The purchaser receives a licence of use. Ownership of the original software remains with FazaSolutions
unless a written agreement expressly transfers specific rights.

Product licence of use
Each purchase grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to use
the product within the scope of the purchased offer.
- install, configure and compile the product for the licensed use;
- modify files expressly supplied for customisation;
- adapt the name, logo, colours, copy and interface for the licensed project;
- use the generated builds as part of that same project.
Components identified as protected, compiled or proprietary may not be extracted, reused independently or
used to bypass the product’s protection mechanisms.

One purchase = one licence = one use
One purchase covers one project or commercial deployment by the purchaser. A separate use — another
project, client, brand or independent commercial duplication — requires a new licence.
ProhibitedReselling the source code, package or a copy of the product.
ProhibitedRedistributing or publishing the sources on a repository, forum or
marketplace.
ProhibitedSublicensing, transferring or sharing a licence / serial
number.
ProhibitedRemoving or bypassing licensing, activation or security
mechanisms.

Permitted customisation
When customisable source code is supplied, the purchaser may modify the appearance and the elements
provided for that purpose for their own licensed deployment. Those modifications do not grant a right to
resell or redistribute the underlying FazaSolutions product.
Elements created entirely by the customer remain their own creations, provided they do not reproduce or
incorporate proprietary FazaSolutions material beyond what the licence permits.

Media products
Onyx Player is a media player. FazaSolutions does not sell or provide television channels, movies,
series, subscriptions, playlists or content sources.
Users are responsible for the sources they configure, the content they access and compliance with the
rights and laws applicable in their country.

Hosting
The FazaSolutions website is hosted by LWS — Ligne Web Services, SAS with share capital
of €500,000, 10 rue Penthièvre, 75008 Paris, France. Phone: +33 1 77 62 30 03.
The hosting provider supplies the technical infrastructure and does not manage FazaSolutions commercial
products.

Liability and third-party services
FazaSolutions uses reasonable efforts to maintain the website, downloads and related services.
Interruptions, incompatibilities or changes may nevertheless result from a hosting provider, operating
system, API, payment provider or other third-party component.
Customers remain responsible for their customisations, configuration, backups, use of the software and
compliance with third-party licences included in their own project.
