FazaSolutions determines the processing required to operate the website, customer area, software sales, licence delivery and support.

Data processed

• name, email address and account information;
• optional profile information provided by the user;
• orders, purchased products, amounts, payment status and certificates;
• serial numbers, activations, downloads and licence information;
• technical data required for security, authentication and abuse prevention;
• content of support requests and contact messages.

Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to create and secure accounts, process purchases, deliver downloads and licences, provide support, answer requests and comply with accounting or legal obligations.

Depending on the processing activity, the legal basis is performance of a contract or requested pre-contractual steps, a legal obligation, or FazaSolutions’ legitimate interest in securing and operating its services.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Stripe. FazaSolutions uses transaction information required to manage the order but does not store full payment-card details.

Stripe processes payment data under its own terms and privacy rules.

Licences, activations and security

Depending on the product, FazaSolutions may process licence, panel, installation or device identifiers, public keys, activation dates and technical logs required to deliver licences, secure the service and prevent unauthorised use.

Private keys generated locally by compatible applications are intended to remain on the device when a local keystore mechanism is used.

Retention

Account data is retained while the account is active or while it remains necessary to provide the service. Purchase, licence, billing and evidence records are retained for the periods required by the contract and applicable accounting or legal obligations.

Temporary verification, login and password-reset tokens expire automatically. Technical logs are kept for a period proportionate to security and diagnostic needs.

Recipients and service providers

Access is limited to people and providers that need the data to deliver the service. This may include LWS for hosting, Stripe for payments and email providers used for transactional messages.

FazaSolutions does not sell customers’ personal data.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability of certain data or object to certain processing activities.

Send requests to contact@fazasolutions.com. Identity verification may be requested where necessary to protect the relevant account. Where applicable, you may also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority (CNIL).

Cookies and local storage

The website uses mechanisms strictly necessary for authentication, purchase security and operation of the customer area. Browser local storage may remember the selected language and light/dark theme.

As of this policy version, the website does not use advertising trackers or behavioural profiling.

Security

FazaSolutions applies technical and organisational measures appropriate to the service, including access controls, protected passwords, separation of secrets, anti-abuse mechanisms and encrypted communications when HTTPS is used.

No system can guarantee absolute security; measures are reviewed according to the nature of the data and changes to the service.
